it's nothing more than another starvation diet that results in nothing more than the loss of water weight. any diet based on a single food item or food group will not result in the loss of body fat. the body needs a certain amount of nutrients from each macronutrient group in order to function efficiently. those types of diets work against human biology and not with it. people would realize how ineffective these diets are they had their body fat tested before and after. losing weight on the scale is easy, decreasing body fat is not.
