Will birth control affect my unborn baby?

I'm five months pregnant but I didn't know about it until 3 weeks ago. I was taking my birth control all this time.. almost for the entire five months of my pregnancy.. The one I was on is called Diane-35 (35 mcg ethinyl estradiol and 2 mg cyproterone acetate). I didn't have any obvious signs of pregnancy. No morning sickness.. just occasional slight nausea.. I gained about 8 lbs but I thought it was a side effect of the birth control.. I also didn't have any missed periods because I don't take the placebo pills in my birth control pack so I never have periods. I've had an ultrasound scan and the of the baby is female most likely. Will the birth control have affected the development of my baby? My GP reured me no but I'm still worried and I feel so guilty for being so unaware.
