Please someone answer my question I am really scared.?

What is usually done for unlawful receipts of controlled substance? I have 3 warrants all for possession. One warrant has 2 counts one for unlawful receipt ,one for illegal possession.I have no other priors related to drug charges. I have had a couple of traffic tickets and worthless checks. But I have paid my fines and all restitution for the bad checks. I am in violation of my probation on some traffic tickets I have a cash bond for $350 dollars on that warrant.But never any drug related charges. Is it possible that I will get a suspended sentence and only get probation with the already set bond of $5000 dollars x 3 for each warrant. What I have done is stupid and I know I deserve to go to jail but I am in rehab I am a severe type one Diabetic and I would die in jail they could care less if you have health related issues .I have a cousin who did die in jail he had a Diabetic Seizure and died before anyone found him.I have been clean for three months now and could do a drug test to prove it everyday if I needed to.I have a little boy that I really want to see.I know what I have done is wrong I had severe endometriosis to the point where I had to have a hysterectomy at 30 years old I was in so much pain that I would do anything for relief.No Doctor would help me so I found out that I could call a dentist and they would call me in prescription pain medicine and wouldn't ask any questions All they ask is whats your name and are you over 18 years old That was it. They would call my pharmacy and I would get immediate relief. I swear I didn't know it was against the law. I knew It was wrong because I said it was my tooth that was hurting instead of my abdomen but I didn't lie about who I was or that I was hurting The prescriptions were intended for me and they were called in by a real dentist with a Dea # .But The drug task division has pressed charges against me.
