What is EXACTLY a GIRL GUITAR?

What are the basic differences between a normal guitar and a GIRL GUITAR? I am 5'7", 19yrs old and of heavy build. So, is a GIRL GUITAR suitable for me? or shud i just pick up a regular electric? MUCHAS!
