I am a pensioner, I have a lady-friend, help me.?

My wife ped on 10yrs ago, I have been on my own, Recently have met a lady of my age who wants a relationship,Trouble is' I dont find her physical attractive, and I just want her company from time to time, I have been swept away with the flattery of it, and have been guilty of responding like wise, Now I have slight reservations about committal, I dont want to be on my own. Should I continue my friendship.
