Which is more fun the planetarium or the observatory?

is there difference between them and witch would be more fun,exciting,realistic,entertaining,educ… and shows us whats happening in space and what it looks like currently and also one that in California preferably close as possible to Clairemont and if you can can you give me the direction or where both are located at but ones that are close by to San Diego Clairemont
