Hit with a baseball....Lip Laceration?

I was at the batting cages 3 nights ago. I was hit in the mouth with a baseball at 45mph. Split my lip! Yes iam in pain. I went to the E.R. and got 5 sutures. I am wondering how long this will take to heal. Being that its a inch cut on my lower lip, its heard to eat, talk nor do i want to be seen. I do alot of modeling work and iam very scared of the scar plus it is financial struggle now not being able to work. Any ideas on how to fasten up the healing process??? How long do you think until it heals???? 2 weeks? month??? Iam so worried.
