What are all the ingredients in foods that a lact ovo vegetarian must avoid?

Basically anything that an animal has to be killed for. This goes right down to beetles used for food colouring, fish bits used in the production of wine and beer and a host of other additives and processes. I also take it beyond diet and don't use any products that contain animal ingredients or were tested on animals, like soaps, cosmetics and household cleaning products.
