otomen. its kinda the opposite of what you asked but its still cool. its about this guy whos the hottest guy in school, the most manliest, and he excels in everything like sports and studies. but his secret is that he loves doing girly things and loves cute things. he wouldnt mind if people knew about it but his mom would hate it. when he was a kid, his dad ran away because his dad wanted to become a women. so his mom is disgusted by it and went to he hospital because of the depression and doesnt want her son to be like that. so he pretends to be a super manly dude for his mom. also the girl he likes is a girl who tomboyish cause she grew up in with a dad who runs dojo.
