Can you develop preeclampsia after having low blood pressure during pregnancy?

Okay this is my second pregnancy and in my first I developed preeclampsia and had to be induced immediately but during this pregnancy it's the total opposite,I have very low blood pressure.I'm only 29 weeks right now and I didn't develop preeclampsia till the very end of my first pregnancy so I'm wondering if I could still possibly end up with high blood pressure (preeclampsia) after have low blood pressure all during this entire pregnancy?
