Where the best town in USA?

i'd have to say manhattan beach in california. it's on the coast and it's right by LA. the weather is beautiful year round - it's 17 C right now, it's 2:00 in the morning, and it's almost winter! it's definitely pricey, but it's the perfect beach town. you'll have access to all of southern california and location is perfect. good luck with everything.
